Terms of membership

Eligibility
You must be at least 25 years old, single (or legally separated), and seeking a genuine relationship. One account per person.
No financial arrangements
Predictive Dates may not be used to seek or offer allowances, 'sugar' relationships, pay-per-meet or any exchange of money or gifts for companionship. Accounts that do are removed without refund.
Truthful information
Everything you tell us must be true, including your photos, income, job and location. You agree that we may verify it as described in our Privacy policy, and that unverifiable or false information may lead to suspension.
Connections
Women connect free. Men connect using a connection pack, priced and described before purchase, which may be used within one year of purchase; unused connections expire after that year. A connection is used when you send the request, whether or not it is accepted. Purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we remove a member for violating these terms before they respond to your request.
Matches are predictions
Matches are produced by statistical models. We do not guarantee that any match will accept a connection, that a date will occur, or any outcome of a relationship.
Your safety
We verify members, but you are responsible for your own safety when communicating and meeting. Meet in public, tell someone where you will be, and report anything concerning to us.
Conduct
No harassment, threats, solicitation, commercial use, or sharing other members' information or photos outside the platform.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend accounts that break them. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
