What we collect
What you give us: your name, email, phone, date of birth, city, state and ZIP; your profile and preference answers; your look choices; your photos; and any documents you provide for verification.
What we observe: your IP address and device information when you sign up and use the site, and which pages you view while signed in.
What we look up: with your consent at signup, we use identity and data partners (including the visitor-identification and data services of our affiliate Predictive Data) to confirm your identity, location, job and income, and to detect fraud and impersonation.
How we use it
To match you: your answers, looks and verification status are the inputs to your matches and to other members' matches.
To verify you and keep members safe, including checking photos against your identity.
To run the service: your account, connections, payments and messages from us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not show your income (except as a range), employer, email or phone to other members until you both accept a connection.
Who can see what
Other members you are matched with see your first name, age, city, photos, profile answers, income range and verification badges.
Contact details are shared only when both people accept a connection.
Our team — including the founder's administrative account — can view member profiles, photos and verification materials to verify members, prevent fraud and support the service.
Your choices
You can edit your profile at any time, remove photos, or ask us to delete your account and data by writing to privacy@predictivedates.com.
Photos are never public and are not indexed by search engines.
Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Photos and verification documents are stored outside the public website and served only to authorized, signed-in users.
